Gift of Bees

Small creatures can make a big impact. With bees to pollinate crops, beehives can double fruit and vegetable yields of small farms

Donate

Biogas Stove

Biogas stoves run off methane gas captured from animal waste, and they burn cleanly, reliably and efficiently. Give families a more sustainable way to feed their children with a biogas stove.

Share of a Goat

A Share of a Goat can help provide milk, cheese and butter for nourishment for a family and can help boost income through the sale of extra milk. Goats are ideal for zero grazing and they also encourage better crop yields by creating fertilizer and clearing land.

Gift of a Goat

Goats are known for providing delicious milk. Extra milk can be made into cheese or butter to improve nutrition or can be sold for income, allowing children the opportunity to go to school.

Share of a Sheep

A Share of a Sheep can help provide milk for hungry families. Your sheep donation makes a perfect gift - sheep are adaptable and are able to survive nearly anywhere in the world. Sheep can graze the hilliest, rockiest pastures unsuitable for other livestock.

Gift of Sheep

The wool sheep provide is a valuable resource, providing warm clothing for families living in harsh environments. Sheep can also provide milk for hungry children.

Gift of Pigs

Pigs are an excellent fit for some of the poorest families Heifer serves. Your donation also educates them in its care and feeding.

Donate

Share of Water for Life

Clean water is rare in many parts of the world where Heifer works. Women must travel long distances to haul water back home. This chore can keep girls from going to school. Your gift provides safe and sanitary water, benefiting whole communities.

Donate

Send a Girl to School

When you send a girl to school with your donation, your gift empowers girls and young women through education, equips them with learning materials, and provides for their school expenses.

Share of a Heifer

A share of a Heifer helps bring stability to the lives of people struggling with hunger. Heifers provide milk and nourishment to hungry families, boost income through sales of extra milk and enable entire communities through Passing on the Gift.

Share of a Water Buffalo

A share of a water buffalo will help make farming easier by tilling fields and providing fertilizer. People in India, southeastern Asia and parts of South America depend on water buffalo more than any other animal.

Heifer cows can give hope to families in dire circumstances. Your donation also funds training in the care of the heifer and improving the animal’s health.

Heifer International works with faith communities like ours to help struggling families make their dreams a reality. Imagine the blessings sowed if each family in our congregation stepped out in faith to feed another family through our Living Gift Market! These hope-giving gifts of livestock and training, bought in honor of your loved ones, are unique, tangible expressions of the love of Christ-- the greatest gift of all.

We can change the lives of people we will never meet, but who are our neighbors for whom Christ calls us to care. They dream of having enough food, a chance to support their families and the opportunity to send their children to school.

If you have questions about our church's Living Gift Market or are local and would like honor cards, please contact Suzanne Awalt at (707) 747-5342.
